Here are my reference and inspiration of the 'Voice Of An Other', with images, videos and texts.

This idea draws from “acoustic mirror” theory.

“Through lip-sync performance, I contend that the drag queen dramatizes this moment of loss and the polysemy of selfhood by endeavouring to literally reinstall the voice of the Other within the self. The drag queen utilises her performing body not only to identify with the voice of the Other, but to literally embody it, thus generating a temporary totality against the inherently disrupted self.”

‘Freya Jarman-Ivens to suggest we consider the voice as operating in a third space, somewhere between emission and reception’
